Not the latest breaking news, but its not all about the newest shit. On September 7th, 2010 23 year old Ian Debeer was sentenced to an egregious 1 to 3 years in state penitentiary for writing graffiti.
think about that, its a new layer of paint on a wall, which then gets cleaned with more paint or just gets power washed off in a few minutes. its a set up b.
